Can we get a refund?

As stated in our Ticketing Terms and Conditions, we do not provide any refunds or exchanges. 


If you no longer feel comfortable or are unable to attend the event, we suggest gifting your wristband(s) to a friend or family member. The best way to do this is to wait until your wristbands arrive and then give them to the recipient(s).

Please note, we do not condone reselling nor are there any approved third party resellers of Ultra Miami tickets, any tickets sold/ purchased in that manner are not guaranteed.
