My order is being shipped to the wrong address, what can I do?

If there are any issues with your order delivery or you need to move tickets to Will Call, we recommend contacting our Ticketing Company, Frontgate Tickets HERE with any questions you have about an order or to cancel the shipped tickets and move them to Will Call for pickup at the venue. 


Shipped Tickets must be canceled by the order owner before they can be moved to Will Call for collection at the venue. If needed, the order owner is permitted to add an alternate name to the order, however that person will not have full permissions to adjust or edit any details on the order.


PLEASE NOTE: ONLY THE ORDER OWNER OR AN ALTERNATE NAMED INDIVIDUAL ON THE ORDER CAN COLLECT AN ORDER THAT HAS BEEN MOVED TO WILL CALL.
