What do I need to bring with me for Will Call Pick Up?

To collect your order at Will Call.

Please bring the following information to validate your purchase to the Customer Service location before the event and they should be able to help you.

- Valid ID matching the name on the order **photocopies or pictures of ID’s are NOT valid

- Order email confirmation

- Credit Card used to place the order or another secondary form of verification with name matching the ID of the individual collecting

Without these items, you may be denied entry to the event and no refund will be issued.

To have someone else collect your order at Will Call:

First, you need to contact our Ticketing Company, Frontgate Tickets HERE to add the alternate name to your order.

ONLY THE ORDER OWNER OR AN ALTERNATE NAMED INDIVIDUAL ON THE ORDER CAN COLLECT AN ORDER THAT HAS BEEN MOVED TO WILL CALL.

To collect the order at Will Call they will need:
